I'm going on a few trips over the next six months, and I thought about even getting some ANC phones for the jet engine noise, but quickly decided against that. I do have the CKS70 IEMs, although to me they don't isolate well enough, so I thought about getting some triple flange tips, but would they make them sound too warm and bassy? They're already really warm and bassy and I don't want to increase that. Also, I'm not sure what size the posts are so I don't know if something like these would work for them. Anybody have some thoughts?

I went ahead and got some MDR-NC40s, since they were only $45 and seemed like a good deal, I'm not sure what I'll think of the sound, I heard them once a long time ago but forget what they sounded like. However, I'm still interested in making my IEMs soundproof if the Sonys don't work out, I'm just curious how the triple flanges will affect the sound.
