Triple.Fi Synergy

Hello!
I wanted to know which portable players have the best synergy with UE Triple.Fi 10 Pros and, if possible, why is that so.
Im very interested on Cowon D2 and the Sony A720 line, but any other options are welcome.

Well i use my Triple Fi's with a classic and would say they sound fantastic. But then i haven't heard any other players, so i can't compare.

I agree with the Cowon D2, and if coupled with a Predator amp, it'd be a marvelous combination. *drool*

Why specifically the 16gb one? Is there any difference in sound?

Well, it all depends on how you define "good sound quality".
Do you want low hiss levels? Do you want good stereo separation? Do you want gapless playback support? Do you want no bass roll off? Etc..

I heard my Trips paired w/ a friends D2 briefly - sounded pretty good but I need to hear them together longer. I also heard them very briefly w/ a Sony A818 -sounded pretty nice!
