I do have both Vyrus I&II. But probably asking me for the differences is similar to getting a review by Elmer Fudd. I do find the Vyrus II to have a much bigger and cleaner sound though.

Just got my Hunter back from being repaired earlier this afternoon. Except that those I received are a completely different pair. I can easily tell because of the heat treating compared to my original pair. Not a problem. All I can say is WOW what a dramatic differance from my original pair. Every single bit of distortion is completely eliminated. The sound is so much more clearer. I am so happy I sent the originals in now as I was debating wether to. Really loving my Hunter now!

@Remiam7, Now you have me hopeful that my pair of Hunters is can be repaired as well. I'm still waiting for a response from Trinity about sending them back.

Quick question, did you just send them the earbuds or did you rebox the whole package and sent it off?

I had to send my masters back and just sent the section above the Y split. It took about a week to get there from the U.S

Has anyone double stuffed the purple undamped filters yet? I'm pleasantly surprised. Expansive but tightttttttt bass and more intimate vocals with a nice dreamy and catchy feel to the top end, still no piercing highs even with the volume cranked. These sound pretty musical on the master, and on my 4th edit I want to say they are the most atmospheric so far out of all the combinations I've tried.
Can we just agree to make Double Stuff™ a thing?
I'm wandering what the dimensional changes are between the purple and black filters, and the silver and red filters as well, but my digital calipers are too large.
I have so many questions. I need to stop posting for a while again.

I didn't get this update either, and I am both a KS backer as well as pre-ordered the Icarus III.

I have an account with Trinity, bought the Hyperion and Icarus III through that account, so I assume I'm registered. Didn't get any email though.

I'm realy glad to see the email for everyone and trinity alike , hopefully we and trinity can all move forward now and possibly see bob back on here , I know he's taken criticism and I have openly criticised lack of communication but i would be happy to see him back on here if things are moving forward.

He's capable. Jobs depend on him.

I still want that darn Atlas Delta if it ever comes out. Hopefully he can get back to his roots and get the Delta's, which made this company, out again.

Until then...

There was more than just communication problems here.

He went through a bit of a trip. Hopefully he's coming down from it. It would be nice a see a denouement of this back to the way he started out on Head-fi and back to a merited reputable position.

Usually the test of an ego is not how big it can get, but how well one can bring it back to earth.

Come on bud, you know better than to ask ME about that! There's no logical reason I wouldn't be on their mailing list. I literally bought their most expensive item in the shop directly from them . I got emails from them up until maybe a month or two ago, I think. How many email updates have been in that time span? I dunno how to gauge if I've been getting them since they aren't regularly sent out.

There is some issue with their email alert systems. I used to get email updates but two months before it stopped automatically. I re-signed up for their newsletters on Trinity website and now I'm getting updates on my email again

Since I did not keep the original box, I just shrink wrapped each earpiece then the cable really well, and used a USPS international box for sending them back. I did make sure to include more insulation in the box so it would not move around at all.

From what my original Hunter sounded like to these completely new pair is quite impressive. They are now my go to every day.

What difference are you getting? What was the original issue you guys were having again?
