See, this is another fact I don't get. It seems Trinity is sending out items on random, means someone like me who ordered Master on december 24 has to wait longer than somone who just bought them couple of days ago. The hell, I don't even know if my Masters have been shipped yet.
To me, Trinity is more than capable to engineer iems, but everything else is handled like amateurs, virtually nothing is done right. Such a shame.

Sorry for whining again, I am really happy for the folks who got their stuff. But when you think Trinity can't mess up any further, they prove that they can.

Exactly, I ordered on the 28th of december and apparently the people in the US (where it first has to go to Alabama and then spread around the country) receive them before people in Europe where it's most of the time a week maximum to get a delivery. Needless to say I'm still waiting, not sure if they have shipped yet (no mail).

Agreed on the amateur part. They know how to make great product/value ratios, but else than that. Some people receive cases, some spinfits, some kombis, this just screams amateurism. As well as the "I'll be more active on the forum" part from the apology. They could get far greater marketshare and grow as a company, but this is a huge letdown to all involved. Basically most of the things we know about Trinity, like with the cases has to be found out through people mailing the company. Apparently it's up to luck wether one will receive a case or not, or spinfits or kombis. Bad practice, either no one gets a perk, or everyone does.

The UI is generally worse and harder to navigate on the desktop version, not to mention certain useful functions have been removed or have gotten unnecessarily complicated. Quoting has added a couple more steps, good in one way, bad in another. Searching within a thread is no longer a thing. Nor is going to a specific page something simple to do in the UI (desktop version, I dunno if it was ever a thing on mobile). For example, what if you wanna navigate to page 564 in this thread? Either get used to clicking that litter arrow in between page 1 and the recent 5 pages for a long while or go to the URL and specifically type in your page. What you do now with the URL bar used to be a function directly in the UI. Informationally, much less robust. You used to be able to know when a member joined, how many posts they have, their location in the world (if they filled that part in), and send PMs directly from within any thread. None of those are a thing anymore. Logically, even with the current situation, you'd think I could, for example, go to your profile and there would be a link to send you a PM; you would be wrong, I have to navigate to my own PM inbox, then open a new message, then know what your username is in order to send you a PM. And I'm pissed they they've lost data in the transfer. They didn't transfer rep count (which they could've because they've simply changed to calling it "likes"). People have reported losing post count so that kinda sucks too. I dunno about other people, but I personally have lost the majority of my reviews. My profile lists I have a single review even though I know of 4 other reviews for sure that apparently don't exist anymore; and I can't search for them because the site-wide search function now also sucks. You can see from the above that I have some very clear issues with how this site [doesn't] function.

Many people have also said that the mobile site doesn't work very well either.

Not to be one of those guys, but is this thread really the place for discussions about the general functionality of the site update? I have to imaging there is a forum, subforum, or thread within a forum dedicated to those kinds of subjects.

Nah, I'm just kidding, you aren't wrong, shouldn't really be here, but I like to think of it as a necessary evil.....something off-topic every once in a while to take people's minds off not receiving items they've been promised for weeks. I guess we can't really win in this thread can we? Also, as I mentioned, the sitewide search function sucks more than it used to now so even if there was such a forum, the search probably won't find it

I'm still waiting for my Airs and I'm almost wondering at this point if they're trying to package it together with my Hunter which clearly must not be finished yet either if we assume the statement that IEMs showed up in the US a couple weeks ago is correct. Even the people who have said on KS they've received their units seem to be a small handful and naturally I'm jealous that I'm not within that small handful even as someone in the super early bird backer tier. At least my Vyrus V2 showed up, but even those got to me after someone else, who ordered way later than I did, got theirs first. I'm no expert, but there doesn't seem to be much organization to their shipping organization.

But naw, I'm not mad or anything; I do try to use this thread to keep an eye out for updates and to gather a general indication of how the shipping process is going, though, so it's kind of a pain to wade through posts about site functionality. I'm not a moderator though, so far be it from me to prevent you guys from talking about it; it was just a question. I'm not gonna report anyone.

It's chaos but at the same time, these Trinity threads make a good way to kill time. All the little arguments and bickering here and there is pretty entertaining. I'll even jump in and troll sometimes too. If we all had our headphones already then what would we be talking about?!

Yeah... I ordered a Delta and there hasn't even really been attempt to explain away that one, so I have a feeling I'm in for a few more weeks, if not months, of waiting haha..

I'm not so sure there won't be a delay if you order the Vyrus though. Hyperion is the only unit that I've read about shipping same day consistently from everyone who's posted about it here.

I ordered a pair of Hyperions on the 19th and received them today. I got a shipping notification the next day and they came with a case and kombi tips (which I finally managed to get onto my PM4s). The Masters that I ordered on Jan 18th I'm still waiting for but at least Bob said they shipped at some point.
