I recently bought a pair of Treblab X2 Bluetooth earbuds from my local CEX and unfortunately I have an issue with the right earbud pairing to my LG V30.
The problem I am having is that when I keep the power button pressed the voice confirms that the earbud is in pairing mode but the light doesn’t flash like it is supposed to do and instead it is just a static red light and it cannot be found in the Bluetooth devices on my LG V30.
I have tried the same on my iPhone X and Sony NW-A35 and I am having the same issue. I fear that there is something wrong with the transmitter on the right earbud as I have no issues with the left earbud.
I have sent an email to Treblab support and thinking of taking the earbuds back to CEX for a refund. Please advise.
