Hello,

I'm selling my trusty Toshiba F40 Gigabeat. It is the silver model and has been upgraded with Rockbox. While this unit powers on and plays music, only the left channel is working through the top headphones jack. Perhaps a cold solder connection? This all being said, if you put the player in it cradle, it will play both channels though the line-out jack perfectly via an amplifier of some sort. This is actually how I've used it for the past year in my studio. I will include two cradles in this package. The screen is fine, but flickers a bit. I think this is a rockbox issue (old revision), or perhaps a loose ribbon cable inside.

Because of the output issue, I am selling this as a parts-only package. Anyone with a Gigabeat that needs parts or has some eletrical knowhow will no doubt find this package a great deal.

I'm asking $60 plus $8 shipping. Paypal is preferred but MO are accepted too. I've actually sold many things hear at Head-fi over the years, but before the trader feedback option was added FWIW.

P.S. It costs this much just to buy the mainboard on Ebay....
