I looked briefly into it. A very problematic first attempt on Toshiba's part to build a big honking music player. I don't think anyone lamented the demise of the F-series when the newer (video-capable) Gigabeat players were introduced.
With a factory refurbed 30GB iPod 5G going for 200 bucks the Toshiba would have to be way cheaper to have any appeal as other than a portable 40GB hard disk that can play (WMA) music in a pinch.
