I have Bifrost USB, EF5, K702, and DT990 600ohms if anyone needs me to bring anything.

If I don't go away for the weekend I'll try and come on the 12th (possibly the 26th as well). Never been to a meet before, but I'd really enjoy testing out some of the gear I've been reading so much about on here. My cans are all pretty common, but I can bring some earpads (attached to their headphones, of course) that some of you might not have tried:
Beyer DT770Pro-80 w/gel pads & Grado SR225i w/Headphile C-pads.

edit: Maybe I shouldn't assume that local meets are open invitation... can anybody show up?

Absolutely, Bee!

As long as you're there to be sociable, experience entry-level to high-end audio and have a good time-- everyone is welcome as long as we have space!

I was at the Toronto meet a year and a bit ago and it was full of good people, good gear and great whiskey! Just bring a positive attitude and a clean head. :)

26th is good for me.

I don't have any interesting gear to contribute but I do have plenty of wine and single malts

Could someone bring a good turntable to the meet? I recently obtained an LP from one of my professors who performed at a concert 29 years ago. He only had an LP and the recording has never been converted to digital AFAIK. I would love to hear it!

Also, I finally got a laptop, so I don't need to lug my tower there again anymore

No new headphones for me though, as most of my budget was spent on the laptop and a better DAC/amp. I had the Sony MA900 for a few days but it wasn't $300 good. Had to return them for a refund.

Bring it, bring your stuff!

Even if you think your stuff is common, bring it.

There is always someone who hasn't heard your make and model of 'phone!
Thanks.

Because # of posts doesn't mean anything :)

I look at join date and experience with equipment.

haha gotta find a way to carry my stuff. Bifrost itself is roughly 5lbs and the EF-5 isn't light either.

Good grief, it was supposed to be a joke!
I'll edit it and add a smiley face for anyone who can't recognize humour.
It will look like this:

I'm in for either date. My system has totally changed from last year so will be bringing the new stuff.
Retired my FiiO E10 so I'll donate that to the raffle.
