Does the BC3 have Overcharged Protection?

E.g If I have it permanently plug in for charging will the battery degrade?
It will stop charging automatically when it is fully charged, no problem even if plug-in for charging.

Just got mine. Dead in three minutes. The bluetooth light went on then off and I can't locate it on either of my phones or my laptop. I'm going to HATE having to send this all the way back to China,

Very interesting device. I'm not a fan of sensor buttons though. On a Fiio M3k they are much more convenient. But everything else is good or great. Sound is typically detailed and a little bass light (and fast! ). Reminds me Sabaj DA2 which is great for Bluetooth dongle. But I see how it's not getting popular, not-for-all type of device obviously. What else? Great battery life. Price is reasonable. Variety of connections, especially for ultra portable device. Very usable for bassy earphones in my daily routine for more than a year. That's it.
Sorry for some necroposting and my English.
