I have no pc at home, is this all I need? all balanced amps / DACs do is make the noise floor lower?? I plan on using with my phone via otg or some other dap (digital audio player), also I will use the opt in, I think the dx7s is all I need.

you guys are pros, is it? also I ca find a pcm sample rate of Netflix? 44.1?

Have not heard it but seems like a fine dac. I think if your phone works with it your fine. Why worry about the sample rate of Netflix as I’m sure you can’t change it.

For phone you can use Topping NX4, it's way cheaper!
Or if you plan to buy a pc or want a bigger DAC and AMP you can go with Geshelli ENOG2 PRO and Archel PRO!
