Exit 3 & approx 3-4 mins from there? When I get home I can draw the map out if required.

Edit:

1) come out of Exit 3 of Gaienmae Station
2) Find Family Mart convenience store opposite the road
3) cross the road over to Family Mart
4) turn right and walk up that road for about 3 mins (you'll walk across a small street on your left)

Here's the google maps link with the path but just take note two acceptions :-

a) come out at Exit 3 (in red on the map)
b) Google maps takes you to the back of the building instead of the front :-

Or here's another pic from the building website :-

I've put the idea that we should meet at about 10am in front of Nakano Sun Plaza (or inside if it is raining) on Friday. Then we can go to the Fujiya Avic shop and then somewhere for lunch before hitting Akihabara.

Friday at Nakano is good for me.

*Visitors to Japan should also note that Japan is mainly a cash society, and that ATMs aren`t always friendly to overseas cash cards.visas etc.
Best to get some ¥/ cash on hand asap.

Good tip! People shouldn't expect here to be able to use their credit cards, except at the major electronics stores. People coming from overseas should also get a Suica card for the trains on arrival with at least 2000 yen of charge. That will make things a lot easier for everyone when going around the city.
