Hey guys, I just recently broke my Sennheiser HD590's head band as you can see:

Now I'll first ask is there anywhere I can get a headband for these type of headphones?

If not, I guess I'll be looking for an upgrade, unless I rig it myself.

For upgrades, I was thinking along the lines of something around $200 like AKG 701/601, Beyerdynamic DT880, or Grado SR225.

I don't use an amp with my PC but I use the PA2V2 amp with my Iaudio X5. Are those above listed headphones decent with/without the PA2V2 amp or do they need more power? Or, is there another recommended headphone open/semi/closed? Or....... is it even worth upgrading my HD590?

So to stop the confusion of this thread (sorry guys

) here is what I'm looking for:

-Ideally, Keep the HD590's and get a headband or rig them myself.
-Buy new headphones in the $200 range that fit the genre of rock

Any suggestions, I'm all ears!! Thanks.

Not sure which one but if it helps you, I bought it a couple years ago.

So I'll probably go with the Sr225's if I get a new pair.

As for the headband, is there any headband that would possibly work with the HD590's?
