To send or not to send, that is the question!

My KSC-35's have an odd problem cable/plug. When I move it around, it loses sound in one or both ear pieces. I read several people having this problem on Head-Fi. But I'm scared that if I send back my KSC-35's I'll get back KSC-50's. A KSC-75 wouldn't be as bad, maybe better, but I'd still like KSC-35's back.

What do you think???

Just specify that you'd like them replaced with the same model or repaired...

there's a good chance they will try to push 50s on you but if you complain, they'll make good on new 35s. trust me, i've done it and so have many others.

I just got a set of 35s yesturday and a set of 75s so they still have new ones. IMO the 75 are just as good if not more comfortable. Whats better about the 50s then the 75s?
