I want to use this part in my next cmoy and I've looked at the schematic at Tangent's site. I've got the pin out from TI. What I'd like to ask for is some pointers on the actual installation of the part on the board. I just want to make sure that I get the pins correct sequence in the power supply. Any help will be greatly appreciated. A sketch I could keep for future reference would be great. Thanks to all.

if you look at the flat side, the pins are ground, negative, positive

On the data sheet, they label 'in,' 'out,' and 'common.'

In=V+
Out=ground
Common=V-

Sry, I just dislike that method of making diagrams, too hard to tell where connections are made. Probably nothing wrong with the pic.

That is the wrong pinout on the 150 board. What i mean is you have to position it at an angle. Just rotat so the flat side faces away from the positive capacitor.
