Got the audio taper 100k Cp2511 from Parts Connexion, but their instructions reference 4 pins, where 1 is unused, 2 is input, C is wiper, and ??? There is a funky center plane with a common kind of tab - is that ground?

The traditional 1 - input, 2 - wiper, and C - ground does not seem to work on these pots.

Anyone used these?

The TKD 2CP2511 pots that I have used are identical in pinout to an Alps Blue, etc. Looking at the pot from the front with the pins down, the L pin is ground, middle is the wiper and right is the input, per row. If you have a DMM, you can verify this. R - L pins should give you pot value. L pin to center will show the wiper action (increasing as pot is turned CW).

Yes, all that is helpful, but here is the real issue, poorly stated before. My cheapie 100k attenuators have 100k resistance per channel, whereas the TKD 100k is 50k per channel - not what I had perceived. My bad.

Indeed these pots measure 48.8k. Off to change my NFB resistors.

Thanks guys.
