I use Outlook Express for my email. I have discovered that 40 emails that are spam per day, is well.......

K9 to the rescue! It's FREE! Works good too. Had to turn off my zonealarm mailguard though. But works with my Norton Antivirus ok.

I HATE spam, yet Yahoo! does a really good job of cutting it out for me. I almost never get anymore spam, thank God.

I'll second the POPFile recommendation. Once you get it trained it works nearly perfectly. Actually, for the past couple weeks I haven't had a single spam get through and I haven't had any messages misidentified as spam.
