On Wednesday of this week, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 AM [in the morning], the time and date will be:

01:02:03 04/05/06 (1,2,3,4,5,6)--This won't ever happen again?

I assume something similar has happened before and might happen again, but thought this is a pretty rare event that would be of some interest.

Excuse me? Who are you to question my immortality? Out of spite I am going to live that long and laugh at you when I get there.

At least you'll have something to live for that is visiting my gravesite in 2106.

How old are you?

I think the oldest living woman is/was 122 and the oldest living man is/was 113.

Is the Guinness book of world records in your future?

Silly America. The real date is 05/04/06 (d/m/y). Basically, you're a month early with this post.

It'll happen again the first thursday of May 2006. Well, at least in Europe.
And one hundred years from today it'll happen again in America. And a hundred years after that it'll happen again. And so on.
And then there are the non-christian calendars and such which will have similar events too.
