I just found that MCM Electronics (a large OEM) makes JVC's second to top-of-the-line headphone, the HA-D1. List price is $150, but you can get it from MCM for only $90. The headphone might sound awful though, I wouldn't know

I think it looks rather nice/well built. It would suck if these cans sound like crap!

I think this one wins the headphone award for "closest visual representation of donuts". Maybe it could win the award for tasting like a donut too, but thats another story.

Seriously though they actually look quite comfortable to wear. Guess you have to try them out for sound quality.

btw: I DO NOT recommend that you try eating your headphones.

Hmm.. Can we really trust what they have to say about a headphone? Look what I found on that page:

Sony MDR-V700DJ - 65pt (rugged construction; strong bass; for DJs, but also consider for hifi)

Actually, I thought looks and sound were inversely proportional?
