Is it a good combo with the HD650 ??

Also, what about tubes? how are the stock ones? and should I look for others?

I love a lot of POWER and BASS and low end with impact, and a good soundstage

What tubes to think will be better if at all?

The Raptor is a great sounding amp, and Ray does provide it with good quality NOS tubes.

The Raptor is an absolutely killer combination with the HD650. It really makes the 650 come to life. Tight deep bass, good PRaT and very realitic timbre. Tube rolling options are discussed in the following thread: http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f5/abs...ssions-375117/.
