Thinking of adding a crossfeed resistor

  1. skwoodwiva
I could be accomplished lot of ways.
I have both wires in the left chamber.
A metal film resistor I think would do it.
Can anyone suggest a wattage & "starting value" for my mdr1's
24 ohms they are. I could glue a dip socket in w/ little door!
    ~ 50 should do @ 1/4 watt?

Sounds like as good a way as any to destroy your amp.

If you want crossfeed, use DSP or get an amp that implements crossfeed.

Hmm, I cannot think of an amp on the planet that could not handle a 25 ohm dummy resistor.

What you are proposing will NOT achieve what you are expecting.
