I don't think it needs to be in the music forum. I hope the Hip get to Ottawa soon, I'm hankering for a kickin' concert. I have not seen them live in YEARS. During the Hips downtime, I would very often see Gord as I walked to school in the am. He was out walking his mother's dog

I saw them in Madison, WI, about a month ago. They played an old theatre that holds a couple thousand people and it wasn't full. The show rocked. Friend that went with me got their dvd of a live show a couple years ago. Very cool.

I don't think this should be in the music forum, cause i'm interested in talking about their concerts, not specifically the music. Anyway, the concert was pretty good, but it felt a little bit short. The last time I went to a concert was back December 31st, 1999 - The Tragically Hip playing the Air Canada Centre. I guess I was a bit disappointed cause they didn't play either Scared or Nautical disaster, two of my favourites - but they did play Bobcagyeon, which made me quite happy. I really was hoping they'd play Don't Wake Daddy, but I didn't think they would.
