Just wait till you hear SR60 with some proper amplification. Despite what anyone says, there is a noticable improvement when they're backed by some amplifier muscle. Increased bass response, better control, better imaging/soundstage layering, less of a muddied presentation.

They've got awesome potential for headphones at their price.

Wholeheartedly agree - If you like the SR60 sound signature as opposed to another grado, amping them does give loads of improvement, using anything from a Blueberry Emotion to an Aperhead 47 I've noticed a good change - tighter bass, greater control. Such a good phone, great first phone and worth hanging onto and using with a good system.

Just want to add that I had purchased an SR325i and after using it for nearly a month, I heard my friends SR60 again and without doubt, the SR60 is totally awesome. For me its 80-95% of the 325i and for Rock, the more forward presentation is more enjoyable than the 325i. Believe it or not, yesterday, I was listening to it again and I was really playing the virtual guitar and banging the drums along. With the 325i, I don't have this much fun and I tend to be more analytical while listening.

I'm not saying its a better can than 325i and moving from the 325i to the SR60, I really feel the lack of soundstage and ambience I got used to with the 325, but at times, I sure like listening to it more than its bigger brother. In short SR60 ki Jai!
