My SA3K refurbs arrived today and the armature connecting the body of the phone to the headband had snapped and the ear piece was dangling by that thin little thread Sony thinks is an electrical cord. The THIN PLASTIC looks no bettter than that found in model planes. It's shameful that the largest producer of phones in the world would make it's second best phone this way. Stay away.
