Sorry for your troubles and I hope they are resolved.
So far, the Penon people have been extremely nice. And, despite obvious language differences, they have worked diligently to accommodate my requests.
Thanks. Personally on my side, maybe I was unlucky, but I really didn't have that impression. We will see how things end. For me, the customer experience is even more important on the product itself

I'm sorry that this is your experience. I have made a couple of queries re my purchases recently and I have found them to be polite, responsive and accommodating.

I'm guessing you've already checked spam folders etc in case replies have ended up there?

Je suppose que vous avez déjà vérifié les dossiers de spam, etc. au cas où des réponses y seraient parvenues ?
OuiYes of course. They even just answered me right now. We'll see how it ends and I'll come back to share my experience.

There you go...if anything, this hobby will teach you patience or you go mad.

Fwiw, never had an issue with Penon service after care. Unless you're trying to get their attention during a Chinese holiday, which there are many 😂

Penon's after-sales service is still zero. I have ordered a cable for more than 2 weeks, and no tracking update since October 16. Penon, which takes a long time to answer my emails, asks me to check with my local post ... Check what? The package did not leave China to the last update.I returned an email to answer this, no response for 2 days. I will no longer go through this seller and I plan to open a Paypal dispute. Really bad to crap as a way to treat customers
If it was sent regular post ; then it may not have been scanned into the tracking system until it is almost ready for delivery. I've had things sent via regular post and other (more expensive) units via EMS which has a more robust tracking.

Let us know if it turns up. Penon's after sales service is generally very reasonable. However, if it's regular postage - are they really responsible for how things are tracking once it's been handed to the postal carrier?

I will not fail to do so. It is especially Penon's response that I did not like and when I asked for more information, they refrained from answering me. It took a post here to be considered. So for an average customer....

There are individuals here that knows people that knows people. It is holiday for them so keep that in mind. Penon has always been great with customer service, but a little slow especially during holidays, which is expected and patience will have to be given. Hope your situation will be resolved.

Even with the holiday week of October 1st, it's weird that tracking shows no progress.

Penon replied to my email on October 23 saying they would check with the HK post office. Silence since. I asked for an update yesterday night.

New to Penon and received my Fan 3 yesterday (it had been sat in my mailbox for over a week and i didn't notice 🤦🏾)

I'll l save my main sound impressions until I get more time on them. First impression about the bone conduction is that I don't feel a drastic change with it on but I do notice the sound is ever so slightly more holographic and the mids and bass kicks are very slightly more defined and impactful... Slightly!

But what's with the ginormous blue eartips they provide? I can't imagine them fitting another human being...

Yes and I have exactly the same problem. Penon takes time to answer and especially gives a quick answer without checking the problem at the beginning. It took several reminders and a post for them to answer

Got a reply from Penon, no news from HK Post, a new package will be sent next week.

So for 1 month now... I think I'm headed for the same scenario. Still no update either. And just to make things clear here, I'm not here to vent.I just want to share an experience and if some people don't like it, who also allow themselves to be haughty in the other way of addressing me, well I can't do anything about it. And it would be good if the moderation also deleted the slightly provocative messages from some people here, that would be fair I think. I'm not used to sharing but experiences can vary and I maintain that I was very disappointed with penon's response. No consideration for the customer at the time. I had to come here to have a more personal reaction from them! and we see it with our friend who has been waiting for his order for 1 month
