They’ll certainly hear it though if it doesn’t meet expectations. If it sounds amazing the hype train will be running full steam ahead. Audiophiles run hot & cold.
It’s definitely gonna be an interesting release. If they are indeed using new tech inside, that’d be amazing to see.

So it looks like we where right it appears to be a DD + Planars. Its a very unique and interesting approach as we get the goodness of DD and stellar precision and natural sound of the planars.
My only worries are is it closed back iem and how much frequency range we got here!

How about a dual DD and planar? Maybe the duo refers to driver types as opposed to number of drivers. So a DD for bass, DD for mids and planar for the highs?
