The stock cable is fine to me. Note that I have the new version without the metal wire in the earhook.

I like to use U12t to compare cable because it is very resistant to change. If a cable can make any difference there, the effect might be larger with other IEMs. Still, cable pairing is pretty unpredictable. Just grab whatever pretty, IMHO. I’m thinking about getting Eletech Raphael for my U12t someday.
Might not change the cable then seems like, if it's just aesthetics. Have you tried the DUNU S&S?
that's not m12 , it's a fir audio atom modules like apex . It helps the phone become perfect in every way.
What's the difference with the fir audio atom modules and the current apex? Just tried the M12 actually and I prefer that over M15 now.

What changes do you hear between M15 and M12? I've gone from M20 to M15 for slightly more air and space at the cost of a touch of bass impact. I'm afraid going to M12 might nerf the sub woofers too much and deprive U12t of one of its most potent weapons.

For me I wanted less bass because I have the volurs for that. I'm not good with technical language I can only tell you what I hear in examples, sorry for that.

If I use Mamma Mia by Abba as an example as for me it's clearest difference I can hear:
The xylophone and vocals are clearer and the electrical guitar is toned down a bit. The drum hit stay the same for me but there's a "chink" as the drum hits more noticeable. But I like that the xylophone and vocals are sharper. The bass is more subtle. I guess what I would say is the highs (?) are clearer which is what I feel U12t is good for anyway. M15 or M20 the bass drowns out the slower music that I listen to but the difference is minimal. I just switched it last night so I'm not 100% if I'm correct but I prefer it so far.

The reason I have the M12 is because it came with the volurs. If it didn't, I wouldn't buy it and sticked with M15, I could live with that, I'm not too fussed as I love this earphones regardless. If I listen to faster music, I tend to use the volurs with m20.

Thanks that's very useful/helpful. I may give this a go and see.

Enhance sub bass and low mid for u12t, make u12t have DD bass

M15 is the way. But it is total crap compared to fourte. Throw it in junk heap and buy fourte. Lol
I've owned Fourte before. I prefer U12tvtuning but Fourte is a technical powerhouse. I may buy Fourte again one day, if the opportunity presents since it's quite unique. The only thing I didn't like was the bass quantity relative to the amount of treble.
