Here it is guys! The Noble 4 Aussie Tour has officially started.

This is currently my best IEM to date and I must say it is worth all the wait after all the time it took to patiently save enough funds and purchase these babies. It'll be my pleasure to share my experience to a few members and hopefully they'll find the Noble 4 worthwhile...

This is my own personal unit and I have no connections to Noble Audio. The Noble 4 (universal) is currently in transit on its way to H20fidelity and hopefully he will find the enthusiasm in writing his impressions/review after hearing them. Each member will have the unit for one week excluding transit times and I'm hoping that the transition from a tour member to another will go as smoothly as possible. I believe everyone is already familiar with the tour guide so there's only one request I'd like to ask: "Please treat the tour unit like it's your very own..."

How this tour will go down... (as per previous tours)

One week each.

The unit must be sent to the next member with tracking and signature. (express if possible)

On receiving the unit you're to write your initial impressions (first thoughts) then full review.

Full reviews and photos are encouraged in this tour and must be completed within 10 days of sending the unit onwards to the next member.

All tour reviews and impressions are to be posted here. Review may also be posted at Head-fi's review section.

(I will cross post them to the main thread)

You're welcome guys! Looking forward to how this tour will pan out

For those who have Dunu reinforced stock tips, try them with the Noble 4. They seem to have the most open sound in my experience...

Looking forward to some impressions from the tour.

Also, I'm curious how much you got these for?
Seem fairly expensive to ship out to AU.

Exactly how it costs at their website: http://nobleaudio.com/products/universal/classic/
Just have to consider paypal exchange rates which can be a bummer...

N4 tour? So now there will be a bunch of N4 reviews posted before I get around to doing mine- nice going!

As if you're intentionally trying to make me look bad. Anyway, H20, aside from the stock blue core tips I suggest you try it with the ortofon tips.

I don't have Ortofon tips, probably one of only I don't. I have many tips here including the 'red core' seen far left of the photo above.

I use them on 1Plus2 and RDB Mini. If all goes well N4 should be here in about 12 hours from now.

I've spent a good couple of hours running through some test tracks I use with IEM's and I cannot fault Noble 4 yet, actually I'm very much impressed with what I'm hearing. Tonality is right where I like it, personally find it just a fraction brighter than neutral (just slightly) which makes the mid range clear, crisp, airy and well detailed, there's good extension on the highs. Best of all N4 maintains all this without any spikes or sibilance even at higher volumes. I find N4 quite stable which is a good sign of being tuned carefully. Soundstage is impressive as is imaging, they also seem to adapt their own unique timbre which gives N4 a house sound? I find them rather sensitive too so they're easy to drive straight from Colorfly C3. When I keep wanting to go straight back and listen to an IEM that's a good sign. A good bonus for me is the last two demo units I had  from other IEM makers, I was rather unimpressed, so it's a pleasant change finally wanting to spend quality time with N4.
