The New HD 560S: Linear Acoustics at a Breakthrough Value

Sennheiser said 559, not 599

Those two have different pads (i own both)
How they're different? Looks identical to me. Both velour both fit to all HD5-series headphones.

In other reviews of his, he listens only through his eyes. In other words, he often reviews the headphones based on their FR curves only and commentates on them.
He's a sennheiser hater 99% of "reviews" is based on him looking at graphs. Each day he post video after video with "sennheiser 560" in the title to grab people's attention. Let's not feed this troll.

I find the FR-graph-above-all-crew pretty hilarious as a good deal of their positive recommendations sound like 💩

They are doing a fine job of proving that this sort of evaluation methodology is invalid

At first I thought this was a joke. It’s quite funny seeing this guys reaction on the vid I saw yesterday. He must have said veiled like 20 times at least. It’s pretty pointless and insulting to Sennheiser. We know the treble was not perfect since day one of the pre-order. Typical click bait.

the pads on the 599 are much softer and more round than the ones on the 559

i'm confirming that as we speak

My current setup is HD660S at home and shure KSE1500 on the go. The 560S are certainly on the radar now as a possible 660 replacement. Anyone that gets the 560 and has the 660, let me know your thoughts.....

I had the 660s a while ago now so I can't compare directly. I'll be comparing these with the X2's and HD600's.

...and look the curve of the dt990 he's wearing... 27F2D9B8-EAD2-4DCE-B89F-E7BAE98E3005.png

and the hd560s he hates

He looks like a villain of the comics who was fired by a big company and now his mission is to destroy it
