It pair well with Dca stealth.

Ditto on the DCA Stealth!

Ditto here as well. The Stealth sound signature and power from the 23r makes it scale wonderfully.

I will be using my 23r in HK, anyone know if I am required to change the fuse since electricity in Hong Kong is 220V 50Hz:sweat:

Get a 250V 0.8A Slow blow.

Something like this should work fine, if you want something fancy, go to 鴨記 or labkable and ask.

What @tommyc said is correct! Hope you get to use your 23r in HK soon.

Anyone try fuse rolling with the 23r? I need to replace the fuse anyways because it is from a 110v region, might as well put something better in.
I tried the SR Purple fuse. It was a bit dark, and midrange/bass heavy, but also an overall boost in SQ and clarity. That said, the stock fuse is actually pretty good and I think it complements the Amp-23r a bit better than the Purple if not as good with fine detail and background.

The SR Orange is a step back in sound quality from Purple, but more transparent in tonality, more dynamic and punchy, and might actually be a better fit. I haven't compared the two in the Enleum, but with my Hypsos+Oor I ended up going back to the Orange, despite missing the midrange richness of the Purple.

Not sure if this was supposed to come with silicone pads for under the feet or a power lead in the box?

From what I've seen those silicone pads are in the box, but a power cable isn't, which shouldn't be a problem considering that most of us have more of these cords than we need :)

Interesting comparison between different fuses. I have not tried fuse-rolling for my 13R (actually this is never been an area of interest for me) despite there are quite a lot of positive review of audiophile fuses out there (maybe not so much on this forum). I won't deny that fuse could make a difference but there are just way too many areas I can further improve my system, fuses are not the top priority right now.

Fuses are just like many other accessories, so nothing crazy important, but they're fairly affordable and accessible because of that. Trying one out at some point isn't a bad idea at all. Worst case scenario, nothing happens, but the odds are that you might experience a noticeable progress on a budget :)

Agree. I try to keep an open-mind with accessories to try to get every bit of juice from my system but my bank account tells me I should be more selective and go for the ones with larger impact first, especially when I am have not reached my "end game" for the key components.

Mine was with pads and without cable as well.

No power cord (a first, IME). I'm using one I had on hand but it's very stiff and does not pair well with the petite AMP-23R. Someday, I'll motivate to find an alternative.

I her you. If your primary components aren't yet sorted, getting them first would be the way to go and then apply accessories. Thanks!

I've had my 23R for about 4 months and I've been using it as a headphone and speaker amp. For the last 3 months, I've been using a tube preamp in front of it for both headphones and speakers. I thought that the tube preamp added just a touch of tube richness to the sound while keeping pretty much all the great attributes of this amp. About 3 weeks ago I decided to try a different power cord on the 23R just to hear what changes if any it would bring to the table. I had been using in my opinion a high value power cord made by Signal Cable called the Magic Power Cord ($139 for 5ft). I have several power cords by Signal Cable and I think they provide great value. I also have power cords by Acoustic Zen, Cardas, TG Audio, and Triode Wire Labs. Every component in 2 complete systems in my home have an aftermarket power cord. I've been using aftermarket power cords for the last 25 years so I feel that I have a bit of experience with them. Lately I've been buying power cords from Triode Wire Labs because I feel they offer great value at a step above the Signal Cable power cords.

I bought a 5 foot Triode Wire Labs Ten Plus - American Series power cord, not outrageously priced at $399. Although it comes partially burned in on a Audioharma Cable Cooker, I let it burn in 24/7 for 2-3 weeks. During the burn-in period, I heard changes (if you don't believe in cable burn-in, just move on because I'm not going to debate it here). What changes in the sound did the new cable bring? I heard significant changes in midrange purity and fullness while also improving transparency. All of this without the vacuum tube preamp in the signal chain. I no longer feel that my tube preamp adds any improvement to the sound and in fact, I prefer 23R without it. I hear these improvements through my headphones and speakers. For reference, I plug the 23R into my Equi=Tech 2RQ balanced power conditioner. Since there has not been much discussion about power cords used for the 23R on this thread, I'm providing my experience. I've been loving this amp since the day it arrived and now even more.

@SteveM324 is the Triode Wire stiff? Since the AMP-23R did not come with a power cable I’m using what I have on hand and it’s very, very stiff cable. Pushes the little amp around.

I’ve been researching alternatives and appreciate your comments above.
