The EARNiNE EN1J is a wonderful example of a single balanced armature earphone done right. It has a mid-forward signature that is detailed and easy on the ears. As a result I found myself listening to my music, not the earphone reproducing it.

What a glorious mess, you know you could open a shop with that gear... not like you’d need the money though.
Mm....I went through all of them....the sad thing is some of my gear are broken. Example: my iPod Classic which I have taken care of like a baby no longer charge. Have to look for parts. The external battery of my beloved Alo Audio The PanAm no longer charge. Will try to take it apart and replace the battery. Hopefully, Alo Audio still has it in its inventory. The balanced out of my Onkyo DPX1 no longer works. The optical out of my Sony PCM D 100 no longer works. The batteries of my Hifiman HM 801 and my i Basso DX 100 are non-functional. The left driver of my Audeze EL 8 is broken. All have all been well taken care of. None abused. All lightly used!.,...None lent out. Not once. It is driving me f..... nuts!

well if it's any consolation you have some really nice gear regardless. I saw several things I'd drool over.
Mm...thanks. It took me 4 long, difficult years to build this collection......my family, really.

I'm appropriately ashamed. Our apologies.
On another note; I recently bought the LG V30 and I love it. I'll compare it to some DACs (smsl x4 and Dragonfly red) soon and let you know my experiences.

That little smsl x4 seriously has some punch to it. Very affordable way to improve your audio. I don't know if I'll find the time to properly review it, but I'm seriously quite fond of it.
