I've only got their HE-350 to compare with....and there's no comparison, haha. I really just took the Susvara out for a little bit so I could stare at them and drool, then back in the box they went. They seem absolutely gorgeous to me, mind you I don't really have anything equivalent to compare to. This is a whole new experience for me.

From my readings it almost sounds like most of their models seem to look & feel a tad on the cheap side - almost like they were made with blind, one-handed child labour. The pics do look like it could be a huge step up in quality, which I sincerely hope considering the $6K price tag

BTW - since you can afford those - can I borrow a Grand?

Hahaha, sorry mate. They're a loaner from HiFiMan. No way in a million years I could afford to buy a pair of 6K USD headphones. There is a reason Knowledge Zenith is my bread and butter brand

The headphones themselves are really well built. Weight distribution and comfort is spot on. The cables are somewhat hit and miss though. They work, but I can see someone wanting to replace them with something more impressive. They've got a bit of a DIY element going on. Feels out of place.

Yes DJ, only a joke (hopefully) I had been in contact with him, I just checked and it was last September since our last contact but I contacted him this May but no response yet.
