For rock alternative and acoustic it's Sennheiser HD600 all the way

For modern genres it's Audio Technica ATH-M50

The first episode of Empire made me pretty upset, but after that, it was pretty much smooth sailing.  Great acting, and great soundtrack from the actors/performers as well!

OK. Serious now… My Grados have been getting most of my head time since I modded em. I always was happy with the sound, but the lack of comfort made it difficult to listen for more than 30 min.
I will always have a soft spot for my late Senn HD590 tho. Uber comfy. Nice easy to listen to. Maybe a little reserved for aggressive music, but can't fault them for that
