Also, does anyone have hissing issue with TG334?
 
I didn't notice any hissing before the update and repair of my intruder. 
 
But after I try my repaired/updated intrude today, my TG334 have serious hissing.

After contacting Ray and sending my Intruder in the for the upgrade, I received mine today.  I am looking forward to discovering the new capabilities of an amp/DAC that already does so much.  But in the meantime, wanted to add my appreciation to chorus of those who have had more exchanges with Ray and RSA than me; I agree that the customer care and dedication are superb.  Much humbled and deeply appreciative.

i havent gotten the balanced cables yet, so ive been listening to intruder + hd600 combo via SE, comparing to predator and pico. 
intruder has about 50 hours of usage and predator about 3 hours. 
to my ears, predator sounds better than intruder.  making me re-think about selling predator. 
gotta get my hands on a balanced cable asap.

Help. On a 4 day holiday for Chinese New Year and left intruder charger at work!! Run out on way home last night and don't want to go into office unless have to.

Anyone have their charger can tell me voltage etc as have loads at home that may fit but want to make sure correct.

Pretty much the same cable cost well over $300+ or $600 (ALO, Moon Audio etc).

For example, ALO Reference 16 it will cost you $779, Plussound will cost you $525.
