These are both corded earphones with inline remote controls?

I had the same issue with IEMs (no remote)
I re-booted the R3 to get it working again.

The Vmodas do, whereas the Meze Classics is balanced without inline remote controls.

Well, I finally figured out the syntax for loading m3u playlists. In addition to creating one on the R3 to create the playlist_data folder, you need to include the track number before the file name. It should look like this:

a:\Music\Mayer Hawthorne\How Do You Do\02 A Long Time.flac

Note the track number and space before the filename. I don't think most playlists include the track number.

As of now, I don't know of a playlists editor that will let me use the track # tag to add after the album. So, I'm manually adding it in line by line. So, yes, it will take a long time.

Once it is done, you need to save the file on the R3, then load the playlist.

Did you experience the player having no sound as well or just the dap skipping songs upon headphone switching?

I have an issue with Qobuz which other users may have experienced.
When selecting: my favourites>artists the app only loads the first fifty (out of appx 150) artists in alphabetical order. I am unable to browse any further and can only then use the search facility to actually find a particular performer.
This does not occur where I have installed Qobuz on any of my other devices ie iPhone, iPad or Mac desk top.
It may not be a fault of the R3 but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

Update on my no sound situation: it happened again after switching to the Vmodas. What I realized is when it does this, the dap wasn't acknowledging the headphones. The R3 remained in the Coax status which it does without headphones connected.

For what it's worth here's a partial list of old firmwares you can download and try (including version 2.1). Copy to the SD card for the r3 outside of any directories, go to system settings-firmware update and choose (update via SD card). If you do try this, do let us know if the issue happens with the old firmware or not. Thank you.

I picked up a pair of the HiBy seeds when they recently went on sale for $49. Now I know these are probably low end but they are my first pair of balanced iem’s oh my. It’s like a vale came off, just fantastic, I can only imagine what truly audiophile sounds like

I’ve mostly mainstreaming iem’s the I listened to some hi res music most notably the mission Styx latest album oh my.

I’m running these on the lo gain setting is that my best option for these?

I received my R3 a few weeks ago and updated to 3.1 via OTA. However, I don't see the Radio on the Top Bar. It also won't read my custom radio txt file. I manually downloaded v 3.0, but I get file error when I try to update.

What next?
