Which player is the best to bring out the bass of the 335dw? I'm currently using the onkyo dp-x1, but i feel the bass is not enough

I use the 335 with LPG, AK240 Balanced output, AK380Cu with amp balanced output, HM901S with balanced amp card. I also use the Aurender Flow and Chord Hugo, when I had them. :)

Have you tried the balanced output from the Onkyo?

Well, it should give you more power to get a better grip on the musical presentation.

Anyway, what did you audition the 335 demo with? Usually people tend to feel that the actual custom is better than the demo unit.

im using the custom 335dw with the onkyo dp-x1. guess i'll get some balanced cables 1st

I'm sure you have friends who also have FitEar IEMs and use balanced cables. It may make sense to try that first. :)

Heya guys, I am new to the Fitear family being a proud parent of a pair of MH335DW's

I have a few questions I need some help with :)

1) I am based in Japan looking to get them upgraded to the SR, I have filled out the online form how long does it usually take for them to ask them to take in the headphones? it's been a week now and no response back. Are we talking weeks or month before they ask for them? I would contact them directly but my Japanese is pretty poor.

2) What volume level do people run them at? On my AK120 it's around 40-50 on my Hugo it's light red/ pink. Just wanna know so I am not bowing my hearing.

Cheers and thanks for the help

Hey lads im currently looking for a pair of either the mh334 or mh335dw. I've been a fitear fan since I demoed the tg334 now I really need to satisfy my needs! Absolute vocal kings:)

U do realize that both are customs and that Fitear will NEVER reshell it for u even if u manage to get one?

Hey guys I'm new here. I ordered a pair of mh335 a month ago and then found out the SR upgrade. Hopefully the sound will be amazing and I don't have to upgrade it :p

Well, it's more a mod to the sound. Depends on what tickles your fancy at the end of the day. For myself, now that I have heard the SR demo at Jaben, I'm not sure what the fuss is about. But as I always say, it depends on your personal preferences. :)

So I posted in the FitEar TO GO! that with the MH335DW-SR, I initially thought it was just only adding the titanium tube but no change to the resistors and subsequent posts about the MH335DW-SR mentioned that resistors were changed.

Below is shamelessly taken from @peko_380 Twitter page and it seems that with the MH334-SR, the resistors are changed in addition to the titanium tubes.

hi anakchan. thanks for the clarification. but if i remember correctly, the mh334-sr mod does not have a titanium tube. (or maybe my memory is failing me, sorry if i am wrong)
