There's going to be hell-ish amounts of work to do in that time and I see no way of re-arranging things to make this meet.

Sadly, it does not look like I will be able to attend either. I still have a paper to attend the next day and I will no doubt be tied up with my study group all day in campus throughout the weekend. Juggling time between study group, meet and the associated travels is too risky for this particular paper and I wouldn't want to spend just an hour or two at the meet either.
