It's so weird how Sony is going with mp3 for some devices and not for others. It's like if Sony Music and Sony Electronics had come to a consensus where 50% of devices would read mp3s and the other 50% wouldn't. All in all they're confusing the user.

Then they have SACD which they don't seem to be focusing on too much anymore, and have left an air of uncertainty with talk of SACD2.

Someone really needs to take Sony by the balls so that they decide what their strategy is. They aren't going to win every single market when they're spread so thinley over so many. Focus...focus

Bangraman reviewed the Sony D-NE900, assuming they sound the same, pretty good albeit weak like all the current cd and md units. (neutral, not thick)
