Triple.fi pro 10

I've been so reluctant to get it but the positive feedback from its owners whose opinions, expectaions and likes seem to match mine made me order it blind from B&H last week and here I'm revelling its incredible SQ since yesterday.
I've been relying on Shure for a long time, and though I hold their phones dear to my heart, I was never content deeply by the sound sinature of the brand. Their treble is always *SH* instead of a crystal *S*.

Triple. fi 10 is the perfect 'portable' sound I've been seeking for many years.

I was very happy with my SE530 used with the new Sony DAP, NWZ A829 but coupling Triple.fi to it made a world of difference to my ears. I'm so tempted to get the custom 11 now.

I'd like to add that the SQ I'm getting from the t.f 10 is very close to what I get from my Edition 9. The base is incredibly lucid and rounded, something I have only experienced with Edition 9.

The base churniung out of the tf cans is not to be sneezed at at all. I'm so overwhelmed. If only they fitted better in my ears. They ARE painful to keep in for more than an hour. That's their only minus point.

Good to hear that you're content with your triple.fi's. My Shures have recently suffered a cracked cable and I've been thinking of going the same route myself. The replaceable cable is very appealing, and I do find myself wishing there was a bit more sparkle in the upper spectrum.

I'm an ED9-lover, too.

I've been on the E500/SE530 for over a year now, but when I sent them back for repair and picked up the triples, I knew it was just not going to last. It really didn't take me long at all, actually, (a week or two?) before I ordered my UE11.

They are the answer. Absolutely amazing sound out of these customs. In fact, while they don't have the full can presence, I perhaps find them more accurate and balanced than the ED9!

I am hugely satisfied with my ED9/RPX-33 at home, and UE11/Predator at work/elsewhere.

Good luck!

From what I've heard from other users, the TF10 lacks a decent amount of low-bass tone, and relies more on mid-bass. After using the Atrio's, I need something comparable, so I'll probably be looking at the Sleek SA6's.

I used the Atrio's and I have the TF10 for a day now and must say the bass is low enough and I don't miss my Atrio's at all.

I'd like to help... But I have never tried Shure nor triple.fi. Went directly from EX90 to UE11.
All I can say is I love my Edition 9... I was looking for something similar to Ed9 in IEM and UE11 did not disappoint me.
