Great perspective on the subject. Looking forward to more of your work!

Please, do not judge the whole of Simgot on the LM. That one was mostly a disaster, yes, but the next one I heard was the EW300 which is right up there with the greatest Sub-100USD has to offer.

Do not feel too left out, stuff only gets marginally better while prices absolutely skyrocket. Nowadays, staying under 100USD offers all you could ever need.

Hm, thanks for sharing, interesting for sure. And way nicer looking than the butterfly 61T. Would love to see a pic of the other side to get a feel fitment-wise.

Thanks for the Mecha timeline, I'm getting impatient!

You are my favourite superhero.

Haha! We all have our episodes of complete crazytalks.

Stepping it up big time! Congrats, brother! Hope they're as sweet or even sweeter than you remember them being.

Gorgeous looks, amazing quality, supple handling characteristics, no significant microphonics.
I do, however, prefer single-stranded cables above the splitter to keep the cable as silent as possible when going around your ears and by your jaw.

In this game, there is no such thing as "too far" - enjoy your stylings ...

It’s funny switching to a set without BCDs, I really notice for example with Supremacy which I’m now listening to that the presentation is more traditional 2-channel with instruments presenting out to left and right… it took a few minutes to adjust from that more ‘inside my head’ experience.

Supremacy is a fantastic set, loving the timbre in particular and find myself choosing more non electronic music mostly… currently ‘The Golden Casket’ by Modest Mouse.

I have @Leonarfd set on loan right now. This is absolutely right up there at the top with the best that I personally have ever heard🥰. Superb in both looks and tuning!

New T.I.P.S.!!! aaaaand whats in the box?

Called the PAC LSTIPS. For the folks that love them some Liqueurs. These are like the next evolution of them tips. Extremely comfortable, soft and seals amazing. These are imo the tips to get next time you're wanting something new and substantial for tips. These are sitting on a minty fresh new Tansio Mirai.

Unfortunately nothing for me, the biggest ones are only 13.3 mm in diameter. Otherwise they look very tempting.

How the time flies, and with it ... here is the 30th Review in my modest career. And it's a special one since this time I'm covering headphones for the first time in the form of the Sivga Luan. Enjoyable, comfortable, high quality.

Sigva is a great company and not exuberant on price.

I'm definitely gonna have to pick up one of Sivga's full-size headphones. Like their IEMs, their full-size are also budget friendly, beautifully styled, and tuned for warmth and musicality.

Said by the guy with a freshly acquired Voltage 👿 .
Oops 😅
... but as good marvelous as the Voltage is, my 100USD statement still stands. Unless you're totally crazy like some of us (you included, sir), a max of 100USD is all you ever need to spend in this hobby to have nearly all the fun.

Not envious at all ... I'd love to hear these some day too.

Precisely that. I am in talks to try one of their closed-backs too to be able to paint the full picture.

I have spent the last week with the BGVP DMA and this one definitely flew way to far under the radar.

The BC is definitely doing something here and this is the first IEM I have listened to that has any sort of “special sauce” and I have to the it’s do to the BC. It is such a deeply engaging and atmospheric listen. The sense of air and space is something I haven’t heard yet. Meanwhile the bass is deep and textured and just fills the soundstage while not muddying up the mids whatsoever. The treble is so present and crispy but well controlled. I find the whole presentation balanced and engaging with an incredible sense of atmosphere that is so addicting. I love getting lost in this on my couch at night.

Vaulted to the top of my favs above Oracle mk3, SR5 and Deuce.

Edit: The top end is actually what I have in my head as what ESTs should sound like but they are BAs. Such a well controlled crispiness with air for days.

Can anyone recommend a storage that can handle several iems and their cables? Just haven't found the right storage yet.
If price isn't as much of a concern, check out ALT-R cases on Instagram. He makes custom stuff so you can pick your leather and size.

I seriously have a hard time using anything but the Liqueurs anymore. I need the stickiness to keep a good seal. Do these have a similar texture?
Taking it too far?

Color matching iems and cables makes me so happy! 😁
But careful tiprolling has me settling on the Moondrop Spring tips in M (khmm .. arguably the Best thing Moondrop has ever produced?...).

The only one I've tried so far is the Sivga Robin. It sounds great for the price but unfortunately the headband wasn't tight enough to give me a consistent seal so I had to sell them.

My craziness level can not be measured on normal human scale. Fact.

EPZ M100. Nearly as sticky, very soft and cheap.

Simgot EM6L with a simple mesh mod is still a very good hybrid, can usually be found on AE for around $100, cheaper during sales with coupons. Best quality bass imo out of all their hybrids (except EM10 which I haven't tried), still sparkly and highly resolving without any harshness or sibilance, great timbre. I think it's the first set I bought around the $100 price point, and I really should've stopped there. 🤣

The xDuoo XD05T? Linsoul has it on their site now for $549. It doesn't have bluetooth though and it's also a lot bigger and heavier so it isn't the best for my use-case. I don't like dongles and this will essentially be a desktop dongle brick.

https://www.linsoul.com/products/xduoo-xd05t

Size: 16.8 x 7.8 x 2.3 cm (6.6 x 3 x .9 in)
Weight: 0.4 kg (.88 lbs)

It should have BT.

Maybe… I mean the Trio is certainly quite exciting, but so far, the H60 and the Fan 3 still sound their price… ie more premium than the cheaper sets. Worth it IMO.

Thank you! And, yeah. They absolutely are. Ruining everything else for me. 😅
