Well, @PhonoPhi loves them, and it's one of his tentpole IEMs, and others who own them like them for the technical apects, but again, you have a kilobuck all-BA in your possession. Not sure how much of a redundancy this would end up being?
You won't regret getting it... it sounds stunning. I'm looking forward to comparing it with my Libra, TD08 pro, and the incoming Saga Bal. I tell you there is subbass for days, and definitely a nicely boosted treble section. Just good CLEAN sound like I like. Comparing to the Fan 3, that one sounds clearly more expensive, thicker note weight, cleaner bass... and obviously better stage. But for $7, the JD10 are scary good.
Love them, but tbh they are getting pushed down the ranks as heavy hitters like the Pula PA02 and S12 '24 and Fan 3 come in. I only like 1 switch setting because it balanced out the very forward mids: Bass DUUU, treble DDUU.

That's an easy one. Unless it's clearly stated as an early bird special price, the actual retail price is exactly what they are selling it for on Alix. The "retail price" on the right is usually an artificially inflated price that the IEM was never intended to be sold at or ever will be. So if it says $249.00 and $450, the actual retail price is $249.00, with the higher price being the illusionary price.
If this is legit, it's going to irritate me. I just paid full price for the order directly from Tangzu, and this is being offered for 20% off days later. Mine already shipped, so too late for a refund.
