Near as I can tell, that is indeed the case. I think whenever they get a return, it gets thrown up there. The msii that I bought was gone right after I ordered it, and the site updates really often, both with new items and items that only last a brief time.

Was it only one in stock? Sheesh.. only took less than a day to be oos if there was more than one. I missed out on the Massdrop deal they had these for 119 new.
