Hey I'm trying to resist the ESP-950 too. I've already spent more than $4K on stuff since Black Friday - most of it is headphone-related but somehow a new flat-panel TV snuck in there along with a new high-end P&S camera, ack! Most of the damage came from the Fostex TH900.

Koss ESP-950 is $582 on Amazon. Looks like it went up from the last report in this thread, clearly now is the time to buy!

I just pulled the trigger on these. I've listened to the ESP-9's for years (my dad owns two pair), and I've been trying to convince him to buy these, but I know he won't. I took the opportunity to listen to them at CanJam and really enjoyed them. They're pretty comfortable, and while I don't believe they feel like the build quality is equal to the price, the lifetime guarantee makes it a no-brainer (especially at this price).

It's been an expensive week. Westone 4R, Sennheiser ie80, Koss ESP-950, and Hifiman HE-6. But I also sold a bunch of stuff here and on Audiogon, so the wallet only has a mild sprain - it's not on life support yet.

$340, but that included a $50.00 iTunes gift card, so it worked out to $290, for a new HD650.  One of the best deals this season.

What's probably the best/safest way to sell the GC? I don't use iTunes and no one I know wants to buy it.
