Sorry, that was out of line (I come from an urban background, where one communicated in insults, so it often comes out spontaneously, but it is inappropriate with strangers, and I apologize).

The model numbers were just demonstrating that the 700 and 800 are not upgraded versions of the 650.

The price up until about 6 months ago for brand new HD650 was DAILY $360. Good deals brought down to the price to around the $320 range. Used HD650 would regularly go for $250. Sennheiser tightened the reigns and the price shot back up with lots of promos and discounts from merchants. I think we're now seeing Sennheiser loosening the reigns and prices coming back down a bit. I don't think this means new HD650 revision.

Nice deal. Enjoy. Great sounding HP for the money.

Amazon price dropped on HD650 from $495 to $465.

    I hope it's a spinning top that drop's below $400 with a $50 Gift card.

    That'd be great.

A tad off topic but wow I missed an opportunity. Could have had a $600 7.1 Yamaha receiver for $300 plus $160 dollar newegg gift card..... It was an error they sent me a coupon before they removed the gift card bonus from the item...... thought about it too long and they fixed it. . Receivers make good HP amps.

They made an error last week in the same way I got a $600 center channel speaker for $125 bucks. :D

Ok, back to deals!! WOO-HOO!! So I missed out on the 20% discount at SonicElectonix.com but they heard my screams of sadness so they're doing a 10% off of all over ear cans plus they already have sales so add the 10% coupon code OVEREAR10 and you'll have yourself a smoking hot pair of head phones for a great price.

    Enjoy!!

Lol.....I'm still facepalming for not pulling the trigger on those HD 650 for $340 with $50 itunes gift card. It's been nearly a month now and can't get over it! Hopefully new DT 880s will make up for it

         Quoting DavidMahler's review of the Audio-Technica ATH-AD900:

The ATH-AD900 is currently only $179 at Amazon.com - which, according to camelcamelcamel.com is a "Best Price" - the lowest they've ever seen.

I wrote on Moon Audio's wall that Amazon has it for about $940 and they didn't seem to like that so well, lol. I noticed I couldn't comment on the wall after that and my remark was erased. Not very professional.

Amazon.com is out of stock on the T1.

The other prices shown at Amazon for new T1s begin as low as $899, currently, but they are sold by Amazon marketplace resellers, most of which are not Beyerdynamic-authorized resellers.

If you want a valid U.S. warranty, check this list of Beyerdynamic-authorized U.S. resellers, before you buy.
