Can it be taken as some sort of indication for a new RME DAC with newly relaunched AKM chips getting into market soon ?!

This has already been announced. They had a new pro version of the Dac at a recent show in Munich I believe. Other features included a 4.4 balanced port and a more power headamp

In my experience with Periapt cables, it feels like they just take some Mogami mic cable, wrap it in paracord, and slap your chosen connectors on it. Their cables are super thick and don't feel like there's any braiding underneath the paracord
