The SMSL M300 MK II is on sale for $215.99 from hifi-express.com (official online store for the S.M.S.L., Sabaj, and Loxjie brands):

It's one of the more affordable quality DACs with balanced outputs. The MKII model added a dedicated power supply and BlueTooth. The features are very similar to the more recent and more expensive SMSL M200, with the biggest difference that the M300 MKII lacks LDAC support over BlueTooth. While it's not the lowest price for the M300 MKII (according to camelcamelcamel Amazon had it for $203.99 on Nov 22, 2020), it is a lower price than it has been since then, and hifi-express.com does have a drop-down that let's you choose a warehouse to order from. My experience with the US warehouse was that it shipped out pretty quickly and was delivered by Amazon's logistics.
