The Deals DISCUSSION Thread (READ THE FIRST POST!!!)

I am still waiting on my $16 Neewer Heaphone deal from eBay last month.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on that.

I ordered 4 (which showed more than enough in stock at the time), and only received 1 (which actually arrived directly from Amazon?).

I will also add that despite being sold as new, the internal packaging was disturbed in such a way that I think they were open box or customer returns. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but I think it should have been stated up front.

The seller did refund me for the missing 3.

I’m not sure if there was something shady with the deal, or if the seller was just a Mickey Mouse operation and got overwhelmed.

But if you’re still waiting on yours after all this time, I would recommend checking into the status.

Woah, good spot.

I always assumed they were more expensive, HD600 is still about 300 USD in Romania, and HD650 is even more, so I thought 200 USD for HD6XX is a good deal (?)

It's a good price. Great, in fact. But, it's not a deal because there is no limitation in the availability of stock nor a specified end-time to the availability of that price.

Perhaps that is needless semantics, but it does mean that no one really needs a reminder that the 6XX is out there. It's basically going to be out there at that price for the foreseeable future.

Agreed. I'd say that pretty much goes for any MD co-branded products. There's only one place to get 'em and the price is always the same. Maybe the one caveat I'd toss in is if the items are available for immediate shipping. The one reason I got my HD58x was because I wouldn't have to wait. Although it seems like "in stock" does seem to apply to all MD co-brands now (or at least the few I've looked at)

Joybuy Experience

I thought I would post this for those considering ordering from Joybuy.

On January 21st I ordered a Sony MW-ZX300 from them. It arrived yesterday on February 5th. (Washington State)

I ordered through a link I found on a deal site offering 5-7 day US shipping. I know that this is an affiliate link but don't know of any other way to find it: https://www.joybuy.com/sale/pc/x1uc6NU8lBLwP3.html?_cps

A few days after ordering I did a chat to follow up on the 5-7 day shipping. They told my it was going to be 20-30 days so I provided them the above link and had to ask them to follow it to see the offer.

I was advised that my order would have the faster shipping and would be on its way in 5 - 7 days which was the processing time.

It ended up being delivered by DHL yesterday. (Might have made it by the 4th except there was some weather issues according to DHL)

My last experience wasn't as good and it took 40 days to get to me from date of order.
