Denon AH-D5000's used on amazon for $399 + $5.49 shipping. Some pics available and seems to be in good condition with some cable fraying. May want to compare to deals on the for sale forum first but I thought this was an appealing price.

On sale for $49.99 down from $129.99. Nice thing about london drugs is that they are pretty good with returns (if you don't like them). The hx650's have pretty positive reviews on amazon japan  A buddy and I got them, and they sound surprisingly good! Maybe the biocellulose diaphragms have something to do with it. The build quality is not very inspiring (cheap plasticy feeling), but the side benefit for me is that they are very light and I don't mind abusing them at the gym.

I picked up a pair after chatting with Wayne and they do sound pretty darned good! Sound wise they punch wayyyyyy higher than the $50. Of they had been built better these would be worth north of $200. Great cheap headphone that nobody has paid attention to due to being Panasonic and being to generic looking.
