I asked them why they sent me the used one. They said they sent me the new one, they don't know why i received the used one. They need me send it back to them and will check serial. If its true, they will give a refund lolz.

Maybe your delivery man is a closet audiophile whose wife has forthwith banned him from the hobby and he is at his wit's end? He could be secretly skimming packages so he can get what little enjoyment he can without the missus knowing. One minor quibble with that: opening other people's mail is stealing, a punishable federal offense, and just plain wrong. Besides the uber inconvenience this has caused you, this would be semi-funny if this was the story behind the story here.

After i sent to them pictures about that. They said they didnt know why because they received the unit from manufacturer and sent it to me. They will refund after they receive the unit back or send to me a brand new replacement if i want, and a 10% off coupon on their website.
Well i sent back to them and maybe i will get a brand new one. Its just wasted my time alot for waiting.

I have played with it very briefly some 4 months ago at RMAF.  I own the FiiO X3-II and JUST received my brand new AK70.
I did not hear any advantage, SQ wise, in the Pioneer compared to my X3-II.  But it has a MUCH better GUI, streaming capabilities, and 2 microSD slots... grrrrrr.......
