Dang it, was considering the 800s for a second :'(

I'm on the same boat. 800s will be $1197 after tax, which is still a great price. The lowest I have seen is $1359 during flash sales.

I called in earlier and the lady was probably the rudest person I had ever had the pleasure to speak with.
 
Glad she transferred me to the manager.
 
 
Do inquire about specifics with them.
Since cosmetic flaws are different with each item listed.

It didn't work out for me. I tried doing it on my phone, im not sure if i needed to try on a different browser or on a pc or something. The headband looks pretty good for my needs (mods).

It resurfaced and is still active (I just checked). I bought mine yesterday. Thank you @SpiderNhan! This will be my first dedicated DAP (aside from my Sansa Clip Zip, which was not all that much fun) and am excited now that they have the output level updates and MQA (of which I have only read about...).

I see the replacement model XDP-300 has been announced, but with the Firmware updates to the 100r that fix the low volume issue and add MQA support this seems like a great deal.  I like that it works with streaming sources.   
 
If for some reason you do not want to purchase through NewEgg (taxes?). Electronics Expo is offering the Silver Version through Amazon "Used Like New" with Like New Packaging for $320.  Black is $10 higher.
