Hate the color; love the deal.

I also have the Meelctronic Matrix and would agree that it's a nice sounding headphones. There is one short coming though. The headband extensions didn't go long enough to accommodate people with larger heads. The ear cups didn't cover the lower part of my ears. Changing the ear pads may help, such as HM5, or Turtle Beach pads. For most people, they should fit just fine.

Uh oh... I could be in trouble if it goes through then...

The Matrix are really a very nice sounding pair of headphones. I was very impressed with the Bluetooth connection. I have never experienced a drop off. I used them in the bedroom listening to music or watching some videos before going to bed. The sound was just awesome. The sound quality could compare some of the best headphones in the $100 - $200 price range. One time I was listening to some movie sound tracks which had some very quick and heavy Japanese drums in the music. The speed and impact of the bass was just wonderful. BTW I was using the HM5 pads at the time. The fit was a little loose but they worked quite well. I would still recommend the Matrix.

No pictures of the actual items for sale. I not sure about seller's feedback either.

Anyone could comment on T5P and Denon's D7100? Thanks.

Since you are getting them from BD they are probably pretty good, but you aren't getting a warranty.

There is an acs thread on Head-Fi, these are relatively new, replacing the T1 that was previously their flagship, not a lot of impressions out there (may be other headphone review sites that have covered them, haven't checked). They released a higher model, the Encore, which I'm currently waiting for (needed to get a refit and replacement). Heard the Encores as a universal version at the acs studio, good sounding headphone...
